Winter & Spring Trip Specials
Enjoy Year-Round Guided Fly Fishing
Spring and Winter Fly Fishing
Fly fishing in Montana is a year-round pursuit for our Montana fly fishing guides, and some of the best fly fishing of the year can be had outside the prime-time summer months. We offer our Winter and Spring Special guide trip rate for anglers wanting to take advantage of quiet rivers, eager trout, and cooler days. If solitude is what you crave, there is no better time to fish in Montana than December through March.
Weather in Montana is variable during the Winter and Spring months. Anglers fly fishing in the Winter should expect and prepare for freezing temperatures and snow. Anglers fly fishing in the Spring can expect generally better weather and comfortable fishing conditions.
